How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, open Settings (the gear on the You screen), find the Subscription section and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought Pro with.
How do I cancel FUTnine Pro?
Pro is billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name (Apple ID), then Subscriptions, choose FUTnine and cancel. You keep Pro until the period ends.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings (the gear on the You screen) and tap Delete account in the Account section. If you cannot get in, email support@futnine.app.
How do I export my data?
In the app, open Settings (the gear on the You screen) and tap Download my data in the Privacy & data section. If you need help, email support@futnine.app.
Which platforms?
FUTnine is an iPhone app. It reads match stats screens from PS5, Xbox and PC.
Does it work with older EA SPORTS FC games?
Yes. FUTnine reads the post-match stats screen from earlier EA SPORTS FC games too. Weekend League ranks and projections follow EA SPORTS FC 27's rules.
Do I need to connect my EA account?
No. You photograph your stats screen; FUTnine never asks for your EA login.
Is it free?
There is a free tier that covers Weekend League matches and a weekly allowance of other matches. FUTnine Pro adds the deeper analysis.
What happens to my screenshots?
They are read to extract your stats, kept briefly and then deleted. Screenshots you never verify are removed after 7 days; verified ones after 90 days.
When is launch?
Soon on the App Store. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it is out.
Android?
Not at launch. FUTnine starts on iPhone.
Is this made by EA?
No. FUTnine is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Electronic Arts.
