Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the FUTnine iPhone app and futnine.app. By using FUTnine you agree to them.

Who we are

FUTnine is provided by Gökhan Efe Digital Solutions, owned by Gökhan Efe, a sole trader in Germany, Fritz-Bauer-Str. 15, 81249 München, Germany. Contact: support@futnine.app. See also the Impressum.

Not affiliated with EA

FUTnine is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Electronic Arts. EA SPORTS FC is a trademark of Electronic Arts Inc. FUTnine does not connect to your EA account and does not read or change game data. It only reads screenshots you take yourself.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

Your account

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. Keep your device secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings, then Account. Deleting it removes your data as described in the privacy policy.

FUTnine Pro

FUTnine is free to use with limits. FUTnine Pro unlocks more. Pro is a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, bought and billed through Apple. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Apple charges your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal. The subscription will auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings: on your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your screenshots and your stats

The numbers FUTnine reads from a screenshot are an automatic estimate and can be wrong. You check them and verify the match yourself, and you are responsible for what you verify. Insights, ranks, projections and advice are based on your own matches and are for information only; they do not guarantee results in the game. Only upload screenshots of your own matches.

Acceptable use

• Do not use a gamertag, club name or other text that is offensive, hateful or impersonates someone. We can refuse or block a Public Card that breaks this rule.
• Do not upload images that are not match stats screens, or content you have no right to share.
• Do not abuse, overload or try to break the app or website, bypass limits, or access other people's accounts or data.
• Do not use automated means to create accounts or submit the waitlist form.

We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Public Cards and shared tactics

If you switch on a Public Card or share a tactic, the information described in the privacy policy becomes visible to anyone with the link. You can switch it off at any time.

Our content

The app, the website, the FUTnine name and the brand are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. You keep your rights in your screenshots and give us permission to process them to provide the service.

Availability and changes

We try to keep FUTnine running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features. Game updates from EA can affect how screens are read.

Liability

FUTnine is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on estimates or insights. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using FUTnine after a change, you accept it.
